Responsibilities :

  • To enhance the organization’s Human resource by planning, implementing and evaluating employee’s relations and human resource policies, programs and practices.
  • To co-ordinate with various HODs for recruitment, selection, orientation and training (induction and others) of employees
  • To design and update organogram, finalize job descriptions, analyzing and arranging the manpower requirement accordingly.
  • To access training needs (as per Skill Matrix and Goal Sheets), Plan and execution of Training calendar company wide.
  • To implement office discipline, time attendance, professional working environment across the company
  • To ensure legal and statutory compliance as per the HR/Labor Law policies and regulations.
  • To analyze data and report to the board and senior managers using HR Metrics.
  • To ensure effective implementation of employees engagement and other cultural activities

Desired candidate’s profile: 

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resource from an institution of repute or its equivalent
  • Minimum 15 years relevant experience
  • Sound knowledge of human resource and labour law
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Advance Excel, Power Point and Word).
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
  • Additional understanding and knowledge of human behavior will be appreciated.
  • Candidate from the Jute or Textile industry would be given preference.

Qualification: MBA/ PGDM in HR.

Experience: 15yrs –25 yrs
